12th of april 2022 my former band Funeral had a huge event in Jakobs Church in Oslo to celebrate 30 years anniversary as a band. I was asked to join on the classic song “Taarene” and I am so glad I accepted. I have not had anything to do with anyone in the band since 1996, so it was a very special moment to meet Anders Eek – the funder of Funeral again after so many years. Felt I was going back to my roots somehow.
It was truly a night to remember, both on stage and backstage. So many lovely people, wonderful audience and a most magical venue. Here are som pictures from the soundcheck and during the show. The concert was filmed and will be available later with amazing shoots and hopefully great sound as well.
